The Products page lists every product in your store. From here you can add products, find them, and change many of them at once.
The buttons at the top
- Add new product: opens a menu with Physical product, Digital product, Import product and Generate landing page. See How do I add a physical product, How do I add a digital product, How do I import products and How does the AI Landing Page Generator work.
- Collections: opens your collections. See How do I organize products into collections?
- A/B tests: see How do I A/B test several products with one ad link?
What each column means
- Product: the main image, the name, and the date it was created. The small icon shows if it is a physical or a digital product. Click the row to edit the product.
- Markets: a flag for each market that sells the product. Hover a flag to see the price in that market. Click the flag of a market that is not your primary market to change the price for that market.
- Sales: how many units of this product were ordered.
- Views: how many visits opened this product page.
- Price: the price in your store currency. While a discount is running, this is the discounted price.
- Inventory: the stock left, Untracked when you did not set a quantity, or Out of stock. For a product with variants, open the product to see the stock of each combination.
- Status: Published or Unpublished.
- Home page: Displayed or Undisplayed (the product is hidden from your product lists).
Actions on one product
At the end of each row you have four round buttons:
- See product's statistics: opens the Statistics page filtered on this product. See Statistics: orders, sales, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Duplicate the product: makes a copy after you confirm. See below.
- Go to the product: opens the product page on your live store.
- Delete the product: deletes it after you confirm.
Duplicating a product
A copy is useful to sell a similar item, or to test two versions of the same product. The copy keeps the same name, images, description, variants, prices, markets, stock, gift, reviews, SEO texts, and settings, including whether it is published or hidden. It gets its own new link, so the two pages never clash. Collections are not copied, and the copy starts with no sales or views. Rename it and change its link in the Search engine optimization tab so customers can tell the two apart.
Changing many products at once
- Tick the box on each product you want, or tick the box in the table title to select the whole page.
- Click the gear button above the table.
- Choose an action:
- Change products status, then Publish products or Unpublish products.
- Change products display, then Hide products or Display products.
- Delete products, then confirm.
If you click an action with nothing selected, a message asks you to select products first.
Unpublish, hide, or delete?
- Unpublish: the product page cannot be opened by customers. Nothing is lost, and you can publish it again at any time. Use this for a product you stop selling for now.
- Hide: the product is left out of your home page product sections, collection pages, related products, and store search, but people with the direct link can still open and buy it. Use this for a product you only share in ads or by private link.
- Delete: the product, its images, and its reviews are removed for good. This cannot be undone. Your past orders still show the product line. The product is also removed from your A/B tests.
Search, filters, and sorting
Click Filter by to open the filters, then click Show results:
- Search: finds products whose name or link contains your words.
- Status: Published, Unpublished, Displayed, Hidden. If you use the Cloaking app, a Show fake products option also appears, because fake products are left out of the list by default. See How does cloaking show bots a different product than my buyers?
- Markets: only products sold in the markets you pick.
- Date range: products created between Start from and End at.
- Sort: by creation date or last update, newest or oldest first.
