Overview
Every Storeep store owner has a personal referral link. When someone signs up through your link and adds funds to their wallet, you earn 50% of that deposit amount credited instantly to your own store wallet. You can use that balance to pay for your own plan subscriptions, or withdraw it to your bank. The Affiliate page is accessible to store owners only and is not visible to team members.
Finding your referral link
- Open Affiliate from the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Your unique referral link is shown in the Referral link field at the bottom of the page.
- Click the copy icon on the right of the field to copy the link to your clipboard.
You can share this link anywhere: on social media, in emails, on your own storefront, or in direct messages.
How commissions work
- When someone visits Storeep through your referral link and later adds funds to their wallet, you receive 50% of the amount they deposited in USD, added to your store wallet immediately.
- You can use that wallet balance to pay for plan subscriptions or withdraw it to your bank account.
Referral statuses
Each person you refer has one of two statuses:
- Pending: the person signed up through your link but has not yet added funds to their wallet. No commission has been earned yet.
- Completed: the person has added funds to their wallet and your commission has been credited.
Metrics on the Affiliate page
The Affiliate page displays the following figures. Monthly numbers compare the current calendar month to the previous calendar month, using the same time zone as your dashboard.
This month
- Referrals this month: the number of new referrals (any status) that joined through your link during the current calendar month. A month-over-month percentage badge appears when there is a previous-month figure to compare against.
- Commissions this month: the total commission amount you earned this month, displayed in USD. A month-over-month badge appears when there is a previous-month figure to compare against.
All-time totals
- Total referred users: everyone who has ever signed up through your referral link, regardless of their status.
- Total commissions earned: the lifetime total of all commissions credited to you, in USD.
- Average commission per referral: your total commissions earned divided by the number of completed referrals. Shows zero when you have no completed referrals yet.
Referral breakdown
- Completed referrals: the number of referred users who have added funds and triggered a commission payment to you.
- Pending referrals: the number of referred users who signed up through your link but have not yet added funds.
- Conversion rate: the percentage of your total referrals that have completed (added funds), rounded to one decimal place. Shows zero when you have no referrals yet.
Using or withdrawing your earnings
Commissions land directly in your store wallet balance, which is visible in the header toolbar. From there you have two options:
- Use in your store: your wallet balance is automatically applied when you subscribe to or upgrade a plan. No extra steps needed.
- Withdraw to your bank: go to Settings > Wallet to request a transfer to your bank account.
Tips for getting the most from the affiliate program
- Share your link with people who are seriously considering starting an online store. Commissions are triggered when they add funds, so referred users who are genuinely ready to invest will earn you more.
- Keep an eye on your Pending referrals count. Following up with those contacts and helping them get set up can turn pending into completed.
- A low Conversion rate alongside a high pending count usually means your audience needs more context about Storeep before they are ready to commit. Consider sharing success stories or explaining the value of the platform when you share your link.
