How does the affiliate referral program work and how do I earn 50% commission?

Overview

Every Storeep store owner has a personal referral link. When someone creates a Storeep account through your link and later adds funds to their wallet for the first time, you earn 50% of that first top-up as a commission. You track everything on the Affiliate page.

This program is for inviting other merchants to Storeep. It is not the Easy Affiliate app, which forwards your store's orders to an outside affiliate network and pays you nothing.

Find and share your referral link

1. Open Affiliate at the bottom of the left menu (the trophy icon). Only store owners see it.
2. Scroll to the Referral link field under Earn 50% Commission Instantly!.
3. Click the copy icon at the end of the field.

Share the link anywhere: social media, YouTube, WhatsApp groups, email or your own website. The link cannot be edited. Each of your stores has its own link, and commissions are recorded for the store whose link was used.

How a referral is counted

• The person opens your link, then creates their Storeep account within one day, in the same browser. Signing up with email or with Google both count.
• If they sign up later, on another device, or clear their cookies first, the referral is not recorded.
• People who already have a Storeep account cannot be referred.

How commission is earned

• The commission is earned on the referred person's first wallet top-up: you get 50% of that amount, in USD.
• It is a one-time reward per referred person. Later top-ups by the same person do not pay again.
• Nothing is earned while they only use the free Starter plan without adding funds.

Referral statuses

• Pending: they signed up through your link but have not added funds yet.
• Completed: they made their first top-up and your commission was recorded.

The numbers on the Affiliate page

The two monthly cards cover this month so far and are compared with the same days of last month. A small up or down badge shows the change when there is something to compare.

• Referrals this month: new sign-ups through your link this month, any status.
• Commissions this month: commission earned this month, in USD.
• Total referred users: everyone who ever signed up through your link.
• Total commissions earned: all commission ever earned, in USD.
• Average commission per referral: total commissions divided by completed referrals.
• Completed referrals and Pending referrals: see the statuses above.
• Conversion rate: the share of your referrals that completed.

Using or withdrawing your commission

You can put your commission toward your own store or withdraw it to your bank. To do either, contact the Storeep team with the Support button (choose Billing & Payments) and mention your Total commissions earned. See Contact Storeep support.

Common questions

• Why is my referral still pending? The person signed up but has not added funds yet.
• I shared my link but no referral appeared. They signed up more than a day after opening the link, used another browser or device, or already had an account.
• Will I keep earning from the same person? No. It is a single 50% reward on their first top-up.
• Can staff members see the Affiliate page? No, only the store owner.
• Many pending referrals? Help them get started: a merchant who launches a store is more likely to add funds and choose a plan.
