Forcelog: how do I send my Moroccan orders automatically?

Connect the Forcelog app with the API key from your Forcelog account, and every Morocco order you confirm becomes a Forcelog parcel with the right city and the amount to collect, picked up from you or prepared from your stock.

What Forcelog is for

Forcelog is a cash on delivery (COD) delivery company in Morocco. With the app installed, each order from your Morocco market becomes a Forcelog parcel the moment you change its status to Confirmed. Orders from other markets are never sent.

Connect Forcelog

  1. Install Forcelog from Apps and open it.
  2. In your Forcelog account, open Settings, then My account, and click Generate a new API key. In the Connection tab, paste the key into API key.
  3. In the General tab, keep Activate on, choose whether the buyer may open the parcel before paying with Allow opening the parcel, and pick where your products are.
  4. Click Save. Storeep checks the key with Forcelog right away and tells you if it is wrong.
  5. In the Connection tab, click Send test parcel. Storeep creates one parcel named TEST STOREEP - NE PAS RAMASSER worth 1 MAD in your Forcelog account, so you can see it arrive. Delete it in Forcelog before a pickup.

Where are your products?

  • At my place: Forcelog picks up your parcels from you.
  • In the Forcelog warehouse: Forcelog prepares your parcels from your stock. Each product's SKU in Storeep must be the same as its reference in your Forcelog stock. An order with a product that has no SKU is not sent.

Send an order from the order page

You do not have to confirm an order first. Open any order from your Morocco market and go to its Delivery tab: the Forcelog card is there as long as the app is installed. Check the city, pick where the parcel Ships from, then click Send to Forcelog. An order that is not confirmed yet is confirmed automatically once the parcel is created.

Ships from starts on your choice in Where are your products?. What you pick only applies to this parcel, and once it is sent the card shows where it left from.

You can send an order that is Abandoned, Pending, Not reached, Confirmed, Prepared or in one of your own statuses. Any other order, for example a Shipped, Delivered or Cancelled one, shows Not sent with its status, since only orders that have not left yet can be sent.

How the Forcelog city is found

Forcelog needs one of its own cities for every parcel. Storeep finds it from the city and address your buyer typed, in French, Arabic or common spellings like "mrakch". Forcelog lists Casablanca by district, so for a buyer in Casablanca the district comes from the address, for example Maarif or Sidi Moumen. When the address names no district, the parcel goes to Forcelog's own Casablanca district for other areas, Autre Quartier. When the city had to be guessed, the order page shows a Guessed tag. Forcelog does not let other apps change a parcel once it exists, so to change its city, edit the parcel in your Forcelog account.

Order statuses

Forcelog does not send delivery updates to other apps, so your order statuses do not change by themselves. Each time you open an order, its Forcelog section shows the latest parcel status, for example "Waiting for pickup" or "Delivered". Change the order status yourself when the parcel is delivered or returned.

On an order that has a parcel, click Print label in the Forcelog section to download the 10 x 10 cm label as a PDF. Only staff members who can manage orders see this button.

When an order is not sent

Open the order: the Forcelog section says why and lets you fix it.

  • City not found: pick the Forcelog city and click Send to Forcelog.
  • Phone not accepted: Forcelog only delivers to Moroccan numbers. Edit the phone, then send the order.
  • No address: add an address, then send the order.
  • Product not in warehouse: some products have no SKU. Give each one the reference it has in your Forcelog stock, then send the order.
  • Refused by Forcelog: hover the tag to read the reason Forcelog gave, fix it, then send the order.

If Forcelog does not answer in time, Storeep tries again on its own. Before each try it looks in your Forcelog account for a parcel with the same order number and phone, so an order never becomes two parcels. Confirming the same order again never creates a second parcel either. If you delete a parcel in Forcelog, the order page notices the next time you open it and lets you send the order again.

What Forcelog receives

  • The buyer's name, phone, address and note.
  • The order number, followed by the name of the person who confirmed or sent the order. Forcelog keeps 20 characters of it.
  • The amount to collect, which is the order total minus anything already paid online.
  • Each product's name and quantity, and each product's SKU and quantity when Forcelog prepares the parcel from your stock.
  • Whether the buyer may open the parcel before paying, from Allow opening the parcel.
