Wallet and billing

Understand your store wallet balance, due amount, how to add funds, and how to read your transaction and subscription history.

Overview

Storeep uses a pre-paid wallet model. You deposit funds into your store wallet in USD, and charges for plan subscriptions and apps are automatically deducted from that balance. If your balance is insufficient when a subscription renews, service may be interrupted. To view and manage your wallet, go to Settings → Wallet and bills.

Wallet balance and due amount

The top of the panel shows two summary cards:

  • Store wallet balance: your current available credit in USD, shown to two decimal places.
  • Due amount: any outstanding charge that has not yet been settled. This is highlighted to draw your attention. If your due amount exceeds your balance, you must deposit at least enough to cover the difference before making further deposits.

Adding funds (depositing)

Click Add funds to open the deposit modal.

Amount field

  • Required, must be a numeric value.
  • Minimum deposit: 5 USD.
  • Maximum deposit: 999,999.99 USD per transaction.
  • If you have an outstanding due amount that exceeds your current balance, the deposit must be large enough to cover the shortfall. An error will state the minimum required amount.
  • Amounts are rounded to two decimal places before processing.

Payment methods

Standard deposits are processed through our secure payment provider and support: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, CMI, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

After entering the amount and clicking Add, you are taken to a secure checkout. When the checkout is completed, funds are added to your wallet and you are redirected back to the wallet panel.

iOS in-app purchase

If you are using the Storeep iOS app and your store has not yet completed any transactions, the standard deposit form is replaced with Apple in-app purchase buttons for fixed amounts: +5 USD, +10 USD, +20 USD, +30 USD, +40 USD, and +50 USD. Once your store has at least one completed transaction, the standard deposit form is shown instead.

Latest operations

The wallet panel shows your 20 most recent transactions. Columns are Date, Status, Type, and Amount.

Transaction types

  • Deposit: funds added to your wallet. Shown in green with a + sign.
  • Deduction: a charge applied to your wallet balance. Shown in red with a - sign.
  • Purchase: a one-off purchase charge. Shown in red.
  • Subscription: a recurring plan or app subscription charge. Shown in red.
  • Landing page generator: a charge for the landing page generator tool. Shown in red.

Transaction statuses

  • Pending: the transaction has been created but not yet completed or failed.
  • Completed: the transaction has been processed successfully.
  • Failed: the transaction was attempted but was not successful (for example, a declined payment).
  • Canceled: the transaction was canceled before completion.

Full transaction logs

When you have more than 10 transactions, a Transactions logs link appears in the latest operations table header. Click it to open a paginated view (40 per page) of every transaction for your store in reverse chronological order.

Current subscriptions

Below the transaction history, the Current subscriptions section lists your active plan subscription and any active app subscriptions. Each row shows:

  • Subscription start date: when the current subscription period began.
  • Subscription end date: when the current period expires.
  • Subscription: the plan name (Starter, Basic, Pro, Master, or Business) or the app name.
  • Subscription amount: the price in USD for that period.
  • Subscription duration: Monthly or Annually.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically when your wallet balance covers the cost at the time of renewal. Make sure your balance is sufficient before the expiration date to avoid any interruption to your store or apps. The wallet panel shows a reminder note about this.

Tips

  • Keep your wallet balance comfortably above the total monthly cost of all active subscriptions to avoid last-minute top-ups.
  • If a deposit fails during checkout, your existing pending deposit is updated with the new amount rather than creating a duplicate, so you will not see two pending transactions if you retry.
  • All billing amounts are displayed to two decimal places.
