The Apps market lets you add features to a store: payment gateways, tracking pixels, COD fulfillment networks, anti-fraud tools, and more. Apps are installed per store, so installing one in a store has no effect on your other stores. You need the Apps permission to install, configure, or uninstall an app.
Browsing the Apps market
Open Apps from the navigation. Apps are grouped into eight collections. Each card shows the app name, the developer, a short description, and a price label that reads Free, a monthly amount such as 9 USD / monthly, or In-app purchases for free apps that charge for actions inside them. When a paid app is on a discount, the card shows the lower price with the original price struck through and a Discount end at date.

Installing a free app
- Find the app and click the install (download) icon on its card.
- A dialog asks: "This application will be installed in your store. Do you want to continue?"
- Confirm. The app installs immediately, and the install icon is replaced by a trash icon (uninstall) and a gear icon (settings).
Installing a paid app
Paid apps charge a monthly fee from your store wallet. If your store is on the Business plan, paid apps install with no wallet deduction.
- Click the install icon on the card.
- A dialog shows the amount to be charged: "$X will be deducted from the store's wallet. Do you want to continue?"
- If your wallet balance covers the price, confirm. The amount is charged, a monthly subscription is created that expires one month from the install date, and the app is installed.
- If your balance is too low, you are sent to Settings > Wallet > Deposit to top up. After depositing, return to the Apps market and install the app.
Storeep emails the store owner about 7 days before a paid app's monthly subscription expires when the wallet balance is too low to renew it, so you can top up in time.
Opening and configuring an app
Click the gear icon on an installed app's card (or open Apps > the app) to reach its settings. Settings open in a panel and are saved per store, taking effect as soon as you save. Many apps let you add several entries, for example one Facebook pixel per market, each with its own fields. If you open an app you have not installed, you see an install prompt instead of the settings.
Enabling and disabling an app
There is no separate on or off switch for an app as a whole. An app is active for your store while it is installed and stops working once you uninstall it. Inside some apps you can still turn individual entries on or off (for example pausing one pixel) without removing the whole app. Check the app's own settings article for those toggles.
Uninstalling an app
Click the trash icon on the app's card. The app is removed from your store right away, and the settings and data you saved for that app in this store are deleted. Some apps also clean up their external connection on uninstall: Google Sheets, for example, revokes its Google access. If you reinstall later, you set the app up again from scratch.
Good to know
- Only staff with the Apps permission can install, configure, or uninstall apps.
- Each app is independent: installing or removing one does not affect the others.
- Apps are per store. Repeat the install in each store where you want the feature.
