The Apps market is accessible from the main navigation. It shows every available app grouped by category. You need the Apps permission to install, configure, or uninstall apps. Apps are installed per store. Installing an app in one store does not affect your other stores.
Browsing the Apps market
Open Apps in the left navigation. Apps are grouped into the following collections:
- Tracking & Analytics: see where your sales come from and what drives conversions.
- Shipping & Logistics: automate shipping rates, tracking, and delivery.
- Affiliate & Lead Generation: turn customers into brand ambassadors.
- Marketing & Advertising: reach the right audience.
- Security & Privacy: protect your store from fraud, bots, and unauthorised access.
- Utilities & Enhancements: powerful add-ons for store functionality.
- Payment gateways: accept payments worldwide.
- Print-on-Demand & Fulfillment: sell custom products with zero inventory.
Each app card shows the app name, developer, price, and a short description. The price is either Free or a monthly amount in USD. When a discount is active, the discounted price is shown alongside the original price and the date the discount expires.
Installing a free app
- Find the app you want and click the download icon on its card.
- A confirmation dialog appears: "This application will be installed in your store. Do you want to continue?"
- Confirm to proceed. The app is installed immediately.
- The download icon is replaced by a trash icon (uninstall) and a gear icon (settings).
Installing a paid app
Paid apps are billed monthly from your store wallet. Stores on the Business plan can install paid apps without a wallet deduction.
- Click the download icon on the app card.
- A confirmation dialog shows the amount that will be deducted: "$ X will be deducted from the store's wallet. Do you want to continue?"
- If your wallet balance is sufficient, confirm to proceed. The amount is deducted, a subscription is created that expires one month from the install date, and the app is marked as installed.
- If your wallet balance is insufficient, you are redirected to Settings > Wallet > Deposit to top up. Your pending installation is saved and will complete automatically after a successful deposit.
Configuring an installed app
After installation, click the gear icon on the app card to open the app's settings screen. Settings are stored per store and take effect immediately after saving.
If you open an app that is not yet installed, you will see an install prompt instead of the settings form.
Uninstalling an app
Click the trash icon on the app card. The app is removed from your store immediately. Previously saved app settings may be retained and restored if you reinstall the app later.
Notes
- Only staff members with the Apps permission can install, configure, or uninstall apps.
- Each app is independent: installing one app has no effect on others.
- Some apps have per-plan limits on the number of items you can create. Upgrading your plan increases those limits.
