The Apps market adds features to your store: payment methods, tracking pixels, couriers, anti-fraud tools, live chat, and more. Apps are installed per store, so an app you install in one store does nothing in your other stores. Staff members need the Apps permission to see, install, edit, or uninstall apps.
Browsing the Apps market
Open Apps from the navigation. The tabs at the top sort the apps:
- All apps: every category on one page, with your installed apps first.
- Installed: only the apps already installed in this store, with their number in the tab name. When there are none yet, click the card to search for an app.
- One tab per category, such as Payment gateways or Shipping and Logistics.
Each card shows the app name, who made it, a short description, and a price label: Free, a monthly price such as 19 USD / monthly, or In-app purchases for a free app that charges for some actions inside it. Click Read more to show the rest of a description right on the card, and Read less to fold it back. To find an app by name, use the search at the top of the dashboard.

Tracking and Analytics

Shipping and Logistics
COD networks and couriers: PrimeCOD, COD Network, Cod in africa, Afrique COD, ML SHIP AFRICA, E-box, Codzoss, Simon Express, Sendit, Ameex, Ozon Express, Digylog, Forcelog, COD Services, Eshipi, MDM Express, CMD Delivery, Boxleo Courier, AtlasSwift, Shipcod, Shiplead, Shipsen, Codpay, Codring, and CodSmart. Sendit, Ameex, Ozon Express, Digylog, and Forcelog only work in Morocco, so they are listed only when your account phone number or one of your markets is in Morocco. You can still reach them from the search at the top of the dashboard, and an app you already installed always shows.

Which app do I need?
- Verify my store with Google Search Console, or add a meta tag to my head section: Domain Verifier. Google Merchant Center is only for the Merchant Center product feed.
- Verify my domain on Facebook (Meta), TikTok, or Snapchat: Domain Verifier.
- Track ads and conversions: the pixel and API conversion apps for your ad platform.
- Google Analytics or other Google tags: Google Tag Manager.
- Chat with visitors: Crisp.
- Stop fake orders and bots: Shield.
Installing a free app
- Click Install on the app's card, or open the app and click Install.
- In Confirm installation, confirm the message "This application will be installed in your store. Do you want to continue?"
- The app installs right away. Its card now shows a Settings button and a trash button to uninstall it.
Installing a paid app
Paid apps are billed monthly from your store wallet. On the Business plan, paid apps are included and nothing is taken from your wallet.
- Click Install on the card.
- A message shows the amount: "$X will be deducted from the store's wallet. Do you want to continue?"
- If your wallet covers the price, confirm. The first month is paid and the app is installed.
- If your balance is too low, you are sent to Add funds. Top up, then come back and install the app.
How renewal works
- Each paid app renews every month on the same day, paid from your wallet. You can see your app subscriptions and their end dates in Settings > Billing.
- If your wallet is too low for the next month, Storeep emails the store owner about a week before the end date, so you can top up in time.
- If the month ends and the renewal could not be paid, the app is uninstalled automatically and its settings are deleted. You get an email saying the subscription expired. Top up and install it again to set it back up.

Opening and configuring an app
Click Settings on an installed app's card. The settings open in a panel and apply to this store as soon as you click Save. Many apps have their own Activate toggle, so you can pause them without uninstalling. If you open an app you have not installed yet, you see its price, its description, its video tutorial when it has one, and an Install button instead.
Uninstalling an app
Click the trash button on the app's card, then Confirm. The app is removed from this store right away, and everything you saved in it for this store is deleted. Google sheets also disconnects its Google access. If you reinstall later, you set the app up again from scratch.
For a paid app, the rest of the current month is not refunded, and installing it again later charges a new month. If you only want to pause an app, turn off its Activate toggle instead.
