What LeadsBounty does
LeadsBounty is a free app that automatically forwards your orders to your LeadsBounty account over its API, so the LeadsBounty call team can phone your buyers and confirm the order. For each forwarded order it sends the buyer's name, phone number, address, city, and the first product's SKU, quantity, and price. You install it from the Apps market, connect your LeadsBounty access token, choose which markets to forward, and Storeep does the rest. The app is in the Affiliate & Lead Generation collection and requires the Apps permission to install or configure.
Installing LeadsBounty
- Open Apps in the left navigation and find LeadsBounty in the Affiliate & Lead Generation collection.
- Click the download icon on its card to install it. LeadsBounty is free, so nothing is deducted from your wallet.
- After installing, click the gear icon on the card to open the settings screen.
Connecting your access token
The Access token field is required. You find your token inside your account on the LeadsBounty website at app.leadsbounty.com/account. Paste it into the Access token box. The token may contain letters, numbers, and the characters dash, underscore, dot, and the vertical bar, up to 330 characters. If you leave it empty or enter a value in any other format, Storeep shows an inline error and does not save. The same token is used for every market you select.
Choosing markets
The Markets selector controls which orders are forwarded, based on the order's destination country. LeadsBounty currently supports three markets only:
- Lebanon
- Morocco
- Saudi Arabia
Pick one or more of these. Only orders whose market matches a selected country are sent. Orders from any other country are never forwarded, even while the app is active. If the app is activated and you have not selected at least one market, Storeep asks you to choose one before saving.
Activating the app
The Activate toggle turns forwarding on or off. When it is on, Storeep automatically sends new orders to LeadsBounty as they come in. When it is off, your token and market choices are kept but no orders are sent. After setting the toggle, markets, and token, click Save. A success message confirms the update. The settings screen also shows an Orders sent counter that increases each time LeadsBounty accepts a forwarded order.
Which orders get forwarded
Forwarding happens automatically when an order is created and again when an order is updated. For an order to be sent, all of the following must be true:
- The app is activated and has a valid access token.
- The order's market is one of your selected markets (Lebanon, Morocco, or Saudi Arabia).
- The first product in the order has a SKU. Orders whose first item has no SKU are skipped.
To avoid duplicates, an order that repeats a recent order from the same buyer is only forwarded if more than 24 hours have passed since the earlier one.
What is sent for each order
LeadsBounty receives the buyer's full name, phone number, address (address line 1 and line 2, falling back to the city when no street address is present), and city. For the product, it receives details from the first item in the order only: its SKU, quantity, and price. If an order contains several products, only the first line's SKU, quantity, and price are sent, so set up your offers and SKUs with that in mind.
Important considerations
The settings screen lists two points to keep in mind:
- The product's SKU must match the SKU provided by LeadsBounty. If the SKUs do not match, LeadsBounty cannot map the order to the right product.
- Abandoned orders are not forwarded while they are abandoned. They can still be sent to LeadsBounty once their status changes from abandoned to any other status, either manually from the order, or automatically with the Automator app.
Notes and troubleshooting
- LeadsBounty is free and installed per store. Settings (token, markets, activation) apply only to the store where you set them.
- If orders are not reaching LeadsBounty, confirm the app is activated, the order's country is among your selected markets, your access token is correct, and the product carries a SKU that matches the one LeadsBounty expects.
- Turning the Activate toggle off stops new forwarding immediately but does not recall orders already sent.
