The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to Storeep. It always shows data for the current calendar month (from the first day of the month through the end of today) and compares each number against the same figure from the previous complete calendar month. All time boundaries respect your store's configured timezone. You need the Statistics permission to see any of these numbers.
The delta badge
Every stat card can display a small percentage badge showing the month-over-month change. A green upward arrow means an increase compared to last month; a red downward arrow means a decrease. No badge appears when last month had no data or the change is exactly zero. Some metrics use an inverted badge where a decrease is actually good news, for example a falling abandonment rate shows green instead of red.
Total visitors this month
The number of real visitor sessions on your store so far this month. Sessions identified as suspicious, such as bots, automated scanners, and traffic flagged by the Shield system, are excluded from this count and tracked separately.
When suspicious sessions exist, a sub-line below the visitor count reads N bots excluded. This sub-line also has a delta badge with inverted colors: a rise in excluded bots shows red because more bot traffic is a negative signal.
What counts as a visitor: one session equals one visitor. Sessions are created by the storefront when a real browser loads a page. Suspicious sessions are recorded separately and do not increment the visitor count.
Total orders this month
The number of orders placed in your store so far this month, not counting deleted orders. Hidden orders (those masked because your wallet balance reached its threshold) are still included in this count.
When at least one abandoned order exists this month, a sub-line shows the abandonment rate: the share of all orders that were abandoned, expressed as a percentage. This sub-line also has an inverted delta badge: a rising abandonment rate shows red.
Total revenue this month
The sum of all order totals placed this month, displayed in your store's currency. If your store receives orders in multiple currencies, each order's amount is converted to a common base and then shown in your store's currency. Orders in a currency with no published exchange rate contribute zero to the total.
Conversion rate this month
The share of this month's visitors who placed an order, shown as a percentage. If there are no visitors yet, the rate shows 0%.
Average order value this month
Total revenue divided by total orders for the current month, displayed in your store's currency. Shows 0 when there are no orders yet.
New customers this month
The number of new customer accounts created so far this month, regardless of how many orders those customers placed.
Visitors at the moment
A live counter showing how many visitors are active on your store right now. This figure updates in real time and is separate from the monthly session count. It reflects activity at this instant, not within a date range.
Top countries this month
Up to 5 countries ranked by the number of real (non-suspicious) visitor sessions from each country so far this month. Each row shows the country flag, country name, and session count. This panel only appears when at least one country has been recorded.
Low stock alerts
Up to 5 product variants that have fallen at or below their minimum stock alert threshold, sorted by remaining quantity with the lowest first. Each row shows the product name and the current quantity in stock. This panel only appears when at least one product meets the condition. To set a stock alert threshold, edit the product variant and fill in the Minimum quantity to alert field.
What the dashboard does not include
- Date filtering: the dashboard always shows the current month versus the prior month. For custom date ranges, use the Statistics page.
- Market or product filters: those are available on the Statistics page.
- Per-product breakdowns: go to the Statistics page and use the Product filter.
