Welcome to Storeep: what can I do from my dashboard?

What is Storeep?

Storeep is an online store builder. You design, publish and run one or more online stores, each with its own products, orders, customers, themes and markets, without writing code. One account can own several stores and switch between them at any time.

The left menu

The menu on the left is your main navigation. Store owners see every item. Staff members only see the sections the owner gave them, plus Settings for their own account, security, logins, notifications and language, see Staff members and permissions.

• Dashboard: this month's visitors, orders, revenue and more, a live visitor count, top countries and low stock alerts.
• Statistics: reports for any date range, with market and product filters, traffic sources and UTM campaigns.
• Products: physical and digital products, variants, stock and media. Its page also has cards for Upsells, Cross sells & Downsells, Bundles, A/B tests, Order bumps and Coupons.
• Collections: groups of products that shoppers can browse.
• Orders: view, update and manage orders. The number next to it is your order count.
• Customers: your customer records.
• Reviews: approve or hide product reviews.
• Apps market: install apps for tracking, anti-fraud, shipping, payments and more.
• Themes: pick a theme or a ready made store, and open the builder.
• Affiliate: your referral link and commissions. Owners only.
• Plans: subscribe, upgrade or cancel your plan.
• Settings: account, security, logins, notifications, markets, domains, billing, staff members, SEO, access control, developer tools and store deletion.

The top bar

• Search: finds every dashboard page, plus products, orders, customers, reviews, apps and settings. It also lists actions that open straight into their window, such as adding a product or exporting orders. Words can be typed in any order, and one typo is forgiven. Use the keyboard shortcut shown in the box (Ctrl or Cmd and K) to open it fast.
• Light and dark mode: the button next to search switches the dashboard look.
• Language: the globe icon changes the dashboard language for your account.
• Wallet: shows your Wallet balance and your Unpaid usage fees in USD, with an Add funds button. See Wallet and billing.
• Account menu (the user icon): switch store, open All stores, see your current plan, open Manage account, Security or Notifications, and Log out.

At the bottom of every page there is a Support button. It lets you search this help center, ask Amed, our AI assistant, for an instant answer, or send a message to the Storeep team. See Contact Storeep support.

The builder and Amed AI

The builder is a drag and drop editor with a live preview of your store. It is not in the left menu: open Themes and click Customize. Inside, Amed can build sections, write copy and change the design when you describe what you want. See Using the builder and Building with the AI assistant.

What to do first

1. Create your first store. See Create your store.
2. Add products under Products.
3. Pick a theme under Themes and customize it in the builder.
4. Set up markets, shipping and policies under Settings, Markets.
5. Place a test order from your live store to check everything works. See Test orders.
6. Check your plan. Every store starts on the free Starter plan, and four paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Master, Business) are billed monthly or yearly. See Choosing a plan.
