Getting started

Welcome to Storeep

A friendly tour of everything you can do from your Storeep dashboard.

What is Storeep?

Storeep is an e-commerce store builder that lets you design, publish, and run one or more online stores, each with its own products, orders, customers, themes, and markets, without writing a single line of code.

After you log in you land on the Dashboard. The left-side menu is your primary navigation. The items shown depend on the permissions your account has for the active store. The full set of menu items is:

  • Dashboard: month-to-date performance cards, a live visitor count, top countries, and low-stock alerts.
  • Statistics: deeper analytics covering ad campaigns, ad sets, peak traffic times, and granular reports across products, collections, and markets.
  • Products: create and manage physical and digital products, variants, inventory, bundles, and media.
  • Orders: view, manage, export, and recover deleted orders. The menu badge shows your current live order count.
  • Customers: customer records, session history, and account bans.
  • Reviews: moderate product reviews left by shoppers.
  • Apps market: browse and install apps such as Shield, Campaign URL Generator, and more.
  • Upsells & Cross sells: configure post-purchase and cross-sell offers.
  • Themes: browse and activate store themes.
  • Affiliate: your referral link and commission earnings (store owners only).
  • Plans: view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription plan.
  • Settings: markets, domains, SEO, access control, webhooks, access tokens, wallet, and more.

The header toolbar

The top header bar contains several quick-access controls:

  • Search: searches across Products, Orders, Customers, Reviews, and Apps depending on your permissions. Maximum query length is 255 characters.
  • Theme switcher: toggles the admin interface between light and dark mode.
  • Language selector: changes the dashboard language for your account.
  • Wallet: shows your store wallet balance in USD and any amount currently due. Click Add funds to deposit. Your wallet balance is used to pay for plan subscriptions.
  • Account menu: switch between your stores (up to 20 shown), go to All stores, manage your account settings, or log out.
