Getting started

Welcome to Storeep: what can I do from my dashboard?

New to Storeep? A complete tour of the dashboard menu, header toolbar, builder with Amed AI, the setup checklist, and your first steps.

What is Storeep?

Storeep is an e-commerce store builder that lets you design, publish, and run one or more online stores, each with its own products, orders, customers, themes, and markets, without writing a single line of code. Every account can own several stores and switch between them at any time.

This article is a tour of the dashboard so you know where everything lives. For deeper guides see Create your store, Your dashboard at a glance, Choosing a plan, and Managing multiple stores.

After you log in you land on the Dashboard. The left-side menu is your primary navigation. The items you see depend on the permissions your account has for the active store, so a staff member may see fewer items than the owner. The full set is:

  • Dashboard: month-to-date cards (visitors, orders, revenue, conversion rate, average order value, new customers), a live visitor count, a top-countries map, and low-stock alerts.
  • Statistics: deeper analytics covering ad campaigns and ad sets, peak traffic times, and granular reports across products, collections, and markets.
  • Products: create and manage physical and digital products, variants, inventory, and media.
  • Orders: view, manage, and recover deleted orders. The menu badge shows your current live order count.
  • Customers: customer records and session history.
  • Reviews: moderate product reviews left by shoppers.
  • Apps market: browse and install apps such as Shield and the Campaign URL Generator.
  • Upsells & Cross sells: configure upsell and cross-sell offers.
  • Themes: browse, buy, and publish store themes, and open the builder.
  • Affiliate: your referral link and commission earnings. This item is visible to store owners only.
  • Plans: view, upgrade, or cancel your subscription plan.
  • Settings: markets and policies, domains, access control, webhooks, access tokens, wallet, banned sessions, and your account.

The header toolbar

The top header bar holds several quick-access controls:

  • Search: searches across Products, Orders, Customers, Reviews, and Apps, limited to the sections your permissions allow. The query field accepts up to 255 characters, and you can open it with the keyboard shortcut shown next to the box.
  • Theme switcher: toggles the admin interface between light and dark mode.
  • Language selector: changes the dashboard language for your account.
  • Wallet: shows your store wallet balance and any due amount, both in USD. Click Add funds to deposit. Wallet funds are used to pay for your plan.
  • Account menu: switch between your stores (up to 20 listed here), open All stores, go to Manage account, or log out.

The builder and Amed AI

The builder is a drag-and-drop editor with a live preview of your store. It is not a sidebar menu item: you open it from Themes by clicking Customize on your active theme, or by going straight to the builder route. Inside, Amed AI can generate layouts, copy, and design choices for you: describe what you want and it builds it. The builder also now owns features that used to be separate apps, including custom CSS and JavaScript, social media icons, and the announcement bar.

The new-store setup checklist

For the first 30 days of a brand-new store, owners see a Set up your store panel on the Dashboard with a progress bar. It tracks three required tasks: add your first product, customize your storefront in the builder, and place a test order from your live store. It also lists two optional steps: connect a custom domain and set up shipping. The panel disappears automatically once the required tasks are done or the store is older than 30 days. Staff members do not see it.

  2. Add products under Products.
  3. Pick a theme under Themes and customize it in the builder.
  4. Review your plan limits under Plans. Storeep offers a free Starter plan plus four paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Master, Business). See Choosing a plan.
