What Simon Express is for
Simon Express is a cash on delivery (COD) delivery company. Its Markets list offers two countries: Tanzania and Zambia. Each country is a separate Simon Express account with its own access token, so a Tanzania token does not work for Zambia orders, and a Zambia token does not work for Tanzania orders.
Connect Simon Express
- Install Simon Express from Apps and open it.
- Select your countries in Markets. One access token field appears for each country you select: Access token (Tanzania) and Access token (Zambia).
- Log in to your Simon Express account of each country, copy its access token, and paste it into the field of that country. Every field you see must be filled.
- Keep Activate on and click Save.
- Click Send test order with a Simon Express SKU, once for each country.
If you remove a country from Markets and save, its token is removed too, so paste it again if you select that country later. Simon Express has no Source tracking toggle.
What Simon Express receives
- The buyer's name, phone, address, city and note.
- Each product matched by its SKU, with its price and quantity. The SKU must match the one Simon Express gives you.
