The Reviews page lets you manage all product reviews across your store. Only reviews with a Published status are visible to shoppers at the bottom of the relevant product page. Unpublished reviews are saved but hidden from your storefront until you choose to publish them.
Opening the reviews list
In the left-hand navigation, click Reviews. The table shows one row per review with four columns: Date (when the review was created, in your store's time zone), Stars (the visual star rating from 1 to 5), Fullname (the reviewer's display name), and Status: either a Published badge or an Unpublished badge. The list is paginated at 40 reviews per page and sorted newest first by default.
Filtering reviews
Click the filter icon to open the filter panel. The following controls are available:
- Search: free-text field (up to 255 characters). Matches against the reviewer's full name, e-mail address, and review content. The search is not case-sensitive.
- Status: checkboxes for Published and Unpublished. Select one or both to limit the list to reviews in those states.
- Stars: five checkboxes, one for each star level from 1 to 5. Select any combination to show only reviews with those ratings.
- Date range: Start from and End at date pickers. Filters by the date the review was created. Either field can be used alone or both together.
- Sort: four radio options: Newest first (default), Oldest first, Recently updated, and Least recently updated.
Click Show results to apply your filters, or the broom icon to clear them all.
Review fields
Each review stores the following information:
- Publish: a toggle that controls whether the review is visible on your storefront. When checked, the review appears on the product page. When unchecked, it is saved but not shown to shoppers.
- Photo: a reviewer avatar or profile image, picked from the media library.
- Fullname (required): the reviewer's display name.
- Email address (optional): stored internally; not shown on the storefront.
- Product: the product this review is linked to. Use the searchable dropdown to find a product by name.
- Star rating: a rating from 1 to 5 stars, entered via the star-rating control.
- Review (required): the written text of the review.
- Images: up to 4 images from the media library, shown alongside the review text on the product page.
- Audio file: an audio clip attached to the review. Accepted formats: MP3, AIFF, WAV, and OGG.

Editing a review
Click any review row to open the edit form. All fields are editable. Two additional action buttons appear at the top of the form:
- Go to the preview: opens the product page so you can see how the review looks, even if it is currently unpublished.
- Go to the product: opens the live product page on your storefront, scrolled directly to the reviews section.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Changing publish status in bulk
Tick the checkboxes on one or more review rows, then click the gear icon at the top of the table. The dropdown offers three actions:
- Change status → Published: publishes all selected reviews, making them visible to shoppers.
- Change status → Unpublished: unpublishes all selected reviews, hiding them from your storefront.
- Delete reviews: permanently removes the selected reviews.
Deleting a single review
Click the review row to open the edit form, then click the trash icon, or use the bulk-action toolbar with just that one review selected.
How reviews appear on the storefront
Only Published reviews appear on the product page. They display at the bottom of the page under the reviews section, showing the star rating, reviewer name, photo (if set), review text, images, and audio. The average star rating shown in the product header is calculated only from published reviews.
Tip: If a published review is not appearing on the storefront, open the edit form and check that the Product field is linked to the correct product.
