Overview
Storeep has five tiers: Starter, Basic, Pro, Master and Business. Every paid tier is billed monthly or yearly, always from your store wallet in USD, so you top the wallet up first and Storeep deducts from the balance. Open Plans in the sidebar and use the Monthly and Annually switch above the cards to compare both terms. Yearly billing saves up to 20%.
Starter (free)
Starter has no monthly fee and no sales or order cap. Instead a usage fee is added to your due amount on every real order:
- 0.25% of the order value on cash-on-delivery orders, with a minimum of 0.02 USD per order.
- 0.5% of the order value on online payments.
The minimum only changes what you pay on orders below 8 USD, because 0.25% of 8 USD already comes to 0.02 USD. Online payments have no minimum.
Fees are calculated in USD, converting the order total from your store currency at the current rate. They pile up in Due amount and are settled from your balance automatically once they reach your billing threshold, as described in Wallet and billing.
The four paid plans
Price per month, then per year with the yearly saving in brackets. Limits are per month on a monthly term, and a yearly term carries twelve times as much:
- Basic: 27 USD/month or 259 USD/year (saves 65). 50,000 USD in sales and 2,000 orders monthly, 600K USD and 24,000 orders yearly.
- Pro: 39 USD/month or 374 USD/year (saves 94). 100,000 USD and 5,000 orders monthly, 1.2M USD and 60,000 orders yearly.
- Master: 87 USD/month or 835 USD/year (saves 209). 300,000 USD and 8,000 orders monthly, 3.6M USD and 96,000 orders yearly.
- Business: 169 USD/month or 1,622 USD/year (saves 406). 1M USD and 20,000 orders monthly, 12M USD and 240,000 orders yearly. Paid apps also install at no charge on this tier.
Every paid plan includes unlimited markets and unlimited custom domains. Some apps scale their own limits with your tier as well, for example how many cloaking rules you can create.
What counts against your limits
An order counts the moment it is placed, not when it is delivered. Its value is converted to USD and taken off your sales allowance, and one is taken off your order allowance. A cash-on-delivery order below 8 USD counts as 8 USD against the sales allowance, the same floor the Starter fee uses, so a catalogue of very cheap products spends its allowance faster than its sales total suggests.
- Abandoned orders only count once they turn into real orders, whether you recover them yourself or the automator converts them.
- Test orders never count and never trigger a fee.
- Post-purchase upsell orders count like any other order.
Monthly or yearly
A yearly plan is paid once and holds twelve months of sales and orders in a single pool, so a peak season can spend far more than a twelfth of it in one month. The trade-off is that a pool used up before the term ends is not replaced: the store falls back to Starter for the rest of the year and nothing is refunded. Take the yearly term for the discount and the flexible pool, not as a way to cover a bigger cap.
Which tier fits your store
Compare a monthly price against what Starter would charge you for the same volume. Basic at 27 USD costs less than Starter fees past roughly 10,800 USD of monthly cash-on-delivery sales, or 5,400 USD of monthly online payments, and sooner than that if most of your orders fall below 8 USD. From there, pick the tier whose cap covers your best month rather than your average one, since everything above the cap is billed at Starter rates anyway.

Who can change plans
Only the store owner can subscribe, upgrade, change term or cancel. Staff with the Plans permission can open and read the page, but every action is refused.
