Choosing a plan

Everything you need to know about Storeep's five plans: pricing, limits, upgrades, proration, and cancellation.

Overview

Storeep offers five plans. Plan fees are paid from your store wallet balance in USD and cover one calendar month from the activation date. Every paid plan includes unlimited markets and unlimited custom domains.

The five plans

Starter (free)

No monthly fee. Instead, a small transaction fee applies to each sale:

  • 0.25% on cash-on-delivery payments.
  • 0.5% on online payments.

There are no monthly sales or order caps on Starter, but the per-transaction fees make it more expensive than a paid plan once your volume grows.

Basic: $27 USD/month

  • Up to $50,000 USD in monthly sales.
  • Up to 2,000 orders per month.
  • Unlimited markets and unlimited domains.

Pro: $39 USD/month

  • Up to $100,000 USD in monthly sales.
  • Up to 5,000 orders per month.
  • Unlimited markets and unlimited domains.

Master: $87 USD/month

  • Up to $300,000 USD in monthly sales.
  • Up to 8,000 orders per month.
  • Unlimited markets and unlimited domains.

Business: $189 USD/month

  • Up to $1,000,000 USD in monthly sales.
  • Up to 20,000 orders per month.
  • Unlimited markets and unlimited domains.

Overage fees

If you exceed your plan's monthly sales or order limit, the same per-transaction fees as Starter apply to the excess: 0.25% on cash-on-delivery payments and 0.5% on online payments.

How to subscribe or upgrade

  1. Open Plans from the left sidebar.
  2. Click Get started (from Starter) or Upgrade to [plan name] on the plan you want.
  3. Storeep deducts the cost from your store wallet balance. If your balance is insufficient, you will be taken to Settings > Wallet > Deposit to add funds first. Once you top up, your pending plan selection is remembered and activated automatically.

Proration on mid-cycle upgrades

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan before your current plan expires, you pay only the prorated difference for the days remaining, not the full new plan price. The Plans page shows the exact prorated cost before you confirm, in the format: "X USD for remaining N days, then Y USD/month."

The upgrade takes effect immediately. Sales and order usage already counted against your old limit carries over: your new, higher limit minus what you have already used becomes your remaining quota. Any plan you had queued for the next cycle is discarded when you upgrade mid-cycle.

Queuing a lower-tier plan or renewal

If you select a plan at the same tier or a lower tier while an active plan is running, it is queued for the next billing cycle rather than applied immediately. The queued plan activates when your current plan expires. Only one plan can be queued at a time, and selecting a new queued plan replaces the previous one.

Remaining quota display

When you are on a paid plan, your plan card shows three live figures:

  • USD remaining: how much of your monthly sales allowance is left.
  • Orders remaining: how many orders remain in your monthly allowance.
  • Plan ends on: the date your current billing period expires.

If a renewal is already scheduled, a notice reading Renewed plan already scheduled appears below the end date.

Cancelling a plan

  1. Open Plans.
  2. On your active plan card, click Cancel plan.

Cancellation removes all active and queued subscriptions immediately. Your store reverts to the Starter plan, with Starter-rate transaction fees, at the moment of cancellation, with no waiting for the current billing period to end. Only the store owner can cancel a plan; team members with limited permissions cannot.

Permissions note

Only the store owner can subscribe, upgrade, or cancel plans. Team members with the Plans permission can view the Plans page but cannot make changes.
