Deleting a store removes it and everything in it for good. There is no undo and no way to restore it later. If you only want to pause, you can leave the store as it is: a store on the free Starter plan with no paid apps costs nothing when it gets no orders.
Who can delete a store
Only the store owner. Staff members do not see the Danger zone section in Settings.
How to delete a store
- Switch to the store you want to delete, see Managing multiple stores.
- Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone.
- Click Delete store and read the warning.
- Click Delete the store, then Confirm.
What is removed
- All products, collections, orders, customers, reviews and settings of that store.
- Your store design, media library and installed apps.
- Your storefront. Customers can no longer visit it, order, or see their order history.
- Your custom domains are disconnected from Storeep. The domains stay yours at your domain seller.
- Any running plan or app subscription ends, with no refund.
- The store wallet, including any balance left in it.
Before you delete, export anything you want to keep, for example your orders, see Export orders.
Deleting your last store deletes your account
If this is the only store your account belongs to, your Storeep account is deleted too and you are signed out. To use Storeep again later, register a new account. If you own or work in other stores, your account stays and you keep access to them.
"Sorry, you cannot delete your store until you have paid the outstanding balance."
Your store owes usage fees. You are taken to Settings, Billing: add funds to pay the due amount, then try again. See Wallet and billing.
Staff members and AI assistants
Staff members lose access to the deleted store at once. AI assistants connected to it can no longer reach it. A staff member who wants to leave a store cannot delete it, and should ask the owner to remove them instead.
