What COD fulfillment network apps do
Cash-on-delivery (COD) fulfillment network apps integrate Storeep with third-party logistics providers that operate call-agent or rider-dispatch queues. The moment a buyer completes checkout on your store, Storeep sends the order details (buyer name, phone number, delivery address, products ordered, and the COD amount) directly to the network. The network then assigns the order to a courier or call agent without any manual copy-paste on your part.
Available COD fulfillment network apps
The following apps are available in the Apps marketplace under the Shipping & Logistics collection:
- PrimeCOD: sends orders into the PrimeCOD call-agent queue. Uses a single Access token credential. The product SKU in Storeep must match the SKU in PrimeCOD.
- Afrique COD: sends orders to the Afrique COD agent queue. Uses API key and API secret key credentials. Supports optional Source tracking (sends the traffic referrer or UTM source alongside the order). The product ID or SKU from Afrique COD must be entered in the product's SKU field in Storeep.
- Cod in africa (by Codinafrica): forwards orders to Codinafrica. Uses API key and API secret key. Supports optional Source tracking. Requires the Codinafrica product ID or SKU in the product's SKU field in Storeep.
- Codzoss: routes orders to the Codzoss agent screen. Uses a single Access token. The product SKU in Storeep must match the SKU in Codzoss.
- COD Network: supports both seller and affiliate modes. Uses a Seller API access token and/or an Affiliate API access token. Sellers must match product SKUs; affiliates must enter the COD Network referral ID in the product barcode field. Also shows a live inventory view of your COD Network warehouse stock per country.
- Codpay: fulfillment in Uganda and Tanzania. Uses API key and API secret key. Supports optional Source tracking. Requires the Codpay product ID or SKU in the product SKU field in Storeep.
- Shipcod: fulfillment in Kenya. Uses API key and API secret key. Supports optional Source tracking. Requires the Shipcod product ID or SKU in the product SKU field in Storeep.

Installing and configuring a COD fulfillment app
- Go to Apps in the left-hand menu.
- Find the fulfillment app you want under the Shipping & Logistics collection (or search by name).
- Click the app and then click Install.
- After installation, open the app again. The configuration panel appears with the following settings:
Activate toggle
When checked, Storeep automatically forwards every new paid order to the network. When unchecked, the integration is paused: orders are not sent.
Source tracking (where available)
When enabled (on apps that support it, such as Afrique COD, Cod in africa, Codpay, and Shipcod), the traffic source (the referrer URL or UTM source parameter) is included in the order details sent to the network. Useful if the network supports call attribution.
Markets
Select one or more markets (countries) from which orders should be forwarded to this network. Only orders placed by buyers in the selected countries are sent. You must select at least one market if the app is activated. The available country options are determined by the countries each specific app supports.
API credentials
Depending on the app, you will need to enter one of the following:
- Access token: a single token obtained from your account on the network's website (used by PrimeCOD, Codzoss).
- API key + API secret key: two keys obtained from your account on the network's website (used by Afrique COD, Cod in africa, Codpay, Shipcod, and others).
- Seller API access token + Affiliate API access token: two separate tokens for seller and affiliate modes (COD Network).
Save your settings by clicking Save.
Product SKU requirement
Most COD network apps require that the SKU of each product in Storeep matches the identifier used by the network for the same product. Without matching SKUs, the network cannot map the forwarded order line to the correct warehouse item. Set the product SKU in the product editor in Storeep to the value provided by the network.
For COD Network affiliates, use the network's referral ID in the product's Barcode field instead of the SKU field.
Abandoned orders
Orders that start as "abandoned" (buyer began checkout but did not complete it) are not forwarded automatically at the time of abandonment. However, if an abandoned order's status later changes to any other status, either manually by you or automatically via the Automator app, the order is then sent to the network at that point.
Orders sent counter
Each app's configuration panel shows a counter of how many orders have been successfully sent to the network since the app was installed. Use this to verify the integration is working.
What to check
- If orders are not being sent, verify the app is installed, the Activate toggle is on, the correct markets are selected, and the API credentials are valid.
- If the network reports missing or unrecognised products, confirm that the SKU in Storeep matches the product identifier in the network's system exactly.
- If you need to pause the integration temporarily, uncheck Activate and save. Orders will not be forwarded until you re-enable it.
