If you forgot your password, you can set a new one by email. If you know your password and only want to change it, do it from Settings, Security instead, see Security and two-step verification.
Reset your password

- On the Password recovery page, enter the email address of your Storeep account and click Reset.
- You see Please check your inbox. Open the email called Password Reset Request and click the link inside.
- On the Create new password page, type your new password twice and click Reset password.
- You are sent back to the login page. Log in with the new password.
Password rules
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number.
- It must be different from your old password.
- Both fields must match exactly.
What happens after a reset
Every device that was signed in to your account is signed out, including phones and other computers. This keeps you safe if someone else knew your old password. Log in again on each device you use.
Common problems
- "The email address you have entered is not exist": no account uses that email. Check for typos, or try another email you may have used. If you always used Google to sign in, you can still use this page to set a password.
- The email does not arrive: look in spam and junk. If you asked for many reset emails in a short time, new ones stop being sent for a while. Wait about an hour, then ask once more.
- "Link expired or invalid": a reset link works for one hour, and only the newest link works. Click Reset on that page to get a fresh one.
- "The password you have entered is the same as the old one": pick a password you have not used on this account.
