The Support button sits at the bottom of every dashboard page. It opens one window with three ways to get help, from fastest to slowest. Only the store owner can open it. Staff members should ask the owner, or write to support@storeep.com.
1. Search the Help Center
Type in Search articles. Matching articles show under the box as you type. Click one to read it. The Help Center button at the top of the window opens the full help center in a new tab.
2. Ask Amed
Amed is Storeep's AI assistant. Type your question in Ask Amed anything... and press Enter, or tap a suggestion such as Set up shipping rates or Connect my Facebook pixel.
- Amed answers from the help center articles and shows links to the ones it used, so you can read more.
- If Amed cannot answer, it says so and points you to the team.
- Ask one clear question at a time and use the words you see on screen, for example "How do I add a Google Search Console meta tag to my store?".
Amed in this window answers questions. To have AI build or change your store design, use Amed inside the builder, see Building with the AI assistant.
3. Send us a message
If you did not find an answer, click Send us a message at the bottom of the window.
- Pick a Subject: Billing & Payments, Technical Issue, Bug Report, Feature Request or General Inquiry.
- Write a Description: what went wrong, where, and what you already tried. If you asked Amed first, your question and Amed's answer are filled in for you.
- Add Screenshots if they help (JPEG, PNG, WEBP or AVIF, up to 2 MB each).
- Click Send. The back arrow returns to the search and Amed.
You see "Your support ticket has been sent". The answer comes by email to the address on your account, so check your inbox and spam folder.
- For many questions you get an answer email quickly, with links to help articles. A person on the team still reads every message.
- If the answer does not solve it, just reply to that email and the team picks it up from there.
Tips for a fast answer
- Say which store you mean and, for orders, give the order number.
- Copy the exact error message you see.
- Add a screenshot of the page.
- For payment and wallet questions, pick Billing & Payments.
