Which columns can I send to Google Sheets, and how do I manage my spreadsheet configurations?

Every order, product, customer, UTM, and store column the Google Sheets app can write, plus how to export all past orders and duplicate, edit, or delete your spreadsheet configurations.

This article lists every column the Google Sheets app can write into your spreadsheet, and covers what you can do with a configuration once it exists. To connect your Google account and create a configuration in the first place, see syncing your orders to Google Sheets.

Selected fields (columns)

A dual-panel picker chooses which columns appear, and in what order. Move items from Available fields to Selected fields with the arrow buttons (single arrows move one, double arrows move all). Available fields:

  • Order: ID, Number, date, shipping method, weight, payment method, subtotal, discount, shipping, VAT, total, currency, market, market code, status, abandoned status, duplicated status, returning customer status, test status, URL.
  • Product: ID, name, price, quantity, SKU, barcode, weight, variants, link.
  • Customer: ID, full name, birthday, gender, company, address 1 and 2, national ID, neighborhood, district, apartment, floor, state / region, city, commune, province, postal code, country, real country, email, phone, WhatsApp, map link, color, note, browser, OS, device, IP, user agent, referer, VPN/Proxy status.
  • UTM: source, medium, campaign, term, content.
  • Store: name.

Managing existing configurations

The main panel lists every configuration with its spreadsheet name, creation date, markets, and Activated or Deactivated status. For each row you can:

  • Click the row to open and edit it.
  • Use the Export all orders button to push a full historical export of matching orders to the sheet. Only one export runs at a time; while it runs the button is disabled and shows Export already in progress.
  • Use Duplicate spreadsheet to clone the configuration. The copy gets a "(Copy)" suffix and starts deactivated.
  • Use Go to spreadsheet to open the Google Sheet in a new tab.
  • Tick a row's checkbox and use Delete spreadsheets to remove one or more configurations.

Editing a configuration

Click a row to open the edit form with every field pre-filled, change what you need, and click Save.

Good to know

  • Completed orders are written in real time; abandoned orders arrive about 10 minutes after they start, and only when Automator is installed.
  • Disconnecting your Google account removes all credentials and configurations permanently.
