The Dashboard is the first page you see after logging in. It gives a quick view of how your store is doing this month and what to do next. For how each number is counted, see Dashboard metrics explained.
Who can see it
- Store owners see the whole page.
- Staff members see the Dashboard only when the owner gave them All permissions. Other staff members land on the first section they are allowed to open, such as Orders or Products, and those with no section land on Settings.
Set up your store checklist
Owners of a store created in the last 30 days see a Set up your store panel at the top, with a progress bar and an "X of 3 completed" counter. Click any task to go straight to the right page.
- Add your first product: done once your store has a product.
- Customize your storefront: done the first time you save a change in the builder.
- Place a test order: opens your store in a new tab. Done once your store has a real order that is not abandoned. See Test orders.
Two optional tasks also show: Connect a custom domain and Set up shipping. They do not count in the total. The panel goes away when the three main tasks are done, or when the store is more than 30 days old.
Performance cards
Below the checklist you see this month's numbers, each compared with the same days of last month:
- Total visitors this month, with a line for bots that were left out.
- Total orders this month, with the share of abandoned orders.
- Total revenue this month and Average order value this month, in your store currency.
- Conversion rate this month and New customers this month.
- Visitors at the moment: people on your store right now.
- Top countries this month and Low stock alerts, shown only when there is something to list.
The Dashboard always shows the current month. For other dates, markets or a single product, use Statistics.
Other things you may see
- What's new: after a release, a popup shows each new feature once, with arrows to move between them. Close it with the close button, which appears from the second update. Once you close it, it stays closed on every device you use.
- How do you like Storeep so far?: now and then a small card asks you to rate Storeep with a face. Tap one, or close it.
- Unpaid usage fees warning: a notice at the top of every page when your store owes fees and new orders are hidden. Pay from the link in the notice to show them again, see Wallet and billing.
Common questions
- My numbers are all zero. Nothing has happened yet this month. The cards restart on the first day of each month.
- The checklist disappeared before I finished. It only shows for 30 days after the store is created. The tasks still work from the menu.
- The test order task is not ticked. Finish the checkout. An order left at the checkout step is abandoned and does not count.
