Overview
One Storeep account can belong to many stores: stores you created, plus stores where an owner invited you as a staff member. Each store keeps its own products, orders, customers, settings, wallet, plan and staff members. Having several stores costs nothing extra: each one starts on the free Starter plan and pays only for its own plan and fees.
Switch stores from the account menu
- Open the account menu (the user icon, top right).
- Your stores are listed at the top. Click a store name to switch to it.
The store you are in is greyed out, so you always know where you are. The menu lists up to 20 stores. Below the list you find All stores, the plan of the current store, Manage account, Notifications and Log out.
The All stores page
Open All stores from the account menu. Each row shows:
- The store name.
- Its primary domain: the free storeep.com address, or your own domain if you made it primary.
- A plan tag: Starter, Basic, Pro, Master or Business.
Click a row to switch into that store. The page lists up to 100 stores.
Create another store
At the top of All stores, click Add new store and fill in the store name, subdomain and primary market. See Create your store for every field. If one of your stores owes unpaid fees, pay them first, or the new store is refused.
Join a store you were invited to
When an owner invites you, the invitation shows at the bottom of your All stores page, with who invited you, the store name, and the date. Click Accept to join (the store appears in your list right away) or Decline to dismiss it.
Invitations match the email address you log in with. If you do not see one, ask the owner to check they used that exact email.
Invite your own team
As an owner, invite people from Settings, Staff members and choose the sections each person may open. Staff members see only those sections in the menu. Only the owner can manage plans and billing, see the Affiliate page, contact support from the Support button, or delete the store. See Staff members and permissions.
Remove a store
To close a store for good, see Delete a store. To leave a store someone else owns, ask the owner to remove you from their staff members.
