Managing multiple stores

How to switch between stores you own or have been invited to, and how team invitations work.

Overview

A single Storeep account can be linked to multiple stores: ones you created yourself, and stores where another owner has invited you as a team member. You can move between them instantly from the account menu or the All stores page.

Viewing all your stores

  1. Open the account menu in the top-right corner of any page.
  2. Click All stores.

The stores list shows up to 100 stores linked to your account. Each row displays the store name, its primary subdomain, and the current plan (Starter, Basic, Pro, Master, or Business).

Switching to a different store

There are two ways to switch:

  • From the account menu: up to 20 of your stores are listed. Click a store name to switch immediately. The store you are currently in is shown as disabled (greyed out).
  • From the All stores page: click any row to switch to that store.

Creating another store

From the All stores page, click Add new store. See Create your store for the full walkthrough.

Team invitations

Store owners can invite other Storeep users to their team. When you have been invited, the invitation appears on the All stores page below your stores list. Each invitation shows:

  • The name of the person who invited you.
  • The name of the store you are being invited to join.
  • The date and time the invitation was sent.

You have two actions:

  • Accept: adds the store to your account. It will appear in your stores list and store switcher right away.
  • Decline: dismisses the invitation without joining.

Invitations are matched to your account by your registered email address. If you do not see a pending invitation, ask the store owner to confirm they used the correct email address.

Permissions on team stores

When you join a store as a team member, the owner controls which sections of the dashboard you can access, for example Products, Orders, Statistics, or Settings. Navigation items are hidden for areas where you do not have permission. Owners have full access to every section and are the only ones who can manage plans and billing. To manage team permissions, the store owner goes to Settings > Access control.
