Overview
One Storeep account can be connected to many stores at once: stores you created yourself, plus stores where another owner invited you as a staff member. You move between them in seconds, either from the store switcher in the top bar or from the All stores page. Each store keeps its own products, orders, settings, plan, and billing. There is no charge for simply having several stores under one login.
The store switcher in the top bar
The fastest way to jump between stores is the account menu at the top-right of every dashboard page (the user icon).
- Open the account menu (the user icon in the top-right corner).
- Your stores are listed at the top. Click any store name to switch to it instantly.
This menu lists up to 20 of your stores. The store you are currently working in appears greyed out (disabled), so you always know where you are. Below the list you will find an All stores link, your current plan, Manage account, and Log out. If you have more than 20 stores, use the All stores page to reach the rest.
The All stores page
Open All stores from the account menu to see your full list. It shows up to 100 stores linked to your account. Each row displays:
- The store name.
- Its primary domain (the free .storeep.com subdomain, or a custom domain you connected and set as primary).
- A plan tag: Starter, Basic, Pro, Master, or Business.
Click any row to switch into that store. The 20-store switcher and the 100-store list are display limits for these menus, not a cap on how many stores you may own.
Creating another store
From the top of the All stores page, click Add new store. You will fill in a short form:
- Store name: up to 50 characters. You can change it later in settings.
- Store subdomain: up to 20 characters. It becomes yourname.storeep.com. You can connect your own domain later in settings.
- Primary market: the main country your store sells to. It defaults to your detected country. You can add more markets later, but the primary market cannot be changed after the store is created, so choose carefully.
Click Continue to create the store. Every new store starts on the free Starter plan. For a full walkthrough see Create your store, and for pricing see Choosing a plan.
Joining a store you were invited to
When a store owner invites you, the invitation appears at the bottom of your All stores page, below your own stores. Each invitation shows the name of the person who invited you, the store you are being invited to, and the date and time it was sent. You have two choices:
- Accept: joins the store. It appears in your stores list and store switcher right away.
- Decline: dismisses the invitation without joining.
Invitations are matched to your account by your registered email address. If you do not see an expected invitation, ask the owner to confirm they used the exact email you log in with.
Inviting staff to a store you own
If you are the owner, you invite teammates from Settings > Staffs.
- Click Add new staff.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Turn on the sections they may access, then send the invite.
You can grant any combination of: Statistics, Products, Orders, Customers, Reviews, Apps, Coupons, Upsells, Themes, and Settings. There is also an All permissions toggle, which the form marks as not recommended. Pending invites can be reviewed from the invitations button on the same page.
Permissions on team stores
When you join a store as staff, the owner decides which sections you can open. Menu items for areas you do not have access to are hidden, so you only see what you are allowed to use. Owners have full access to every section and are the only ones who can manage plans and billing or delete the store. Staff with a given permission can view and change items in that section (for example, staff with Orders access can add, edit, or delete orders). To adjust who can do what, the owner returns to Settings > Staffs and edits the staff member.
