How the Connect button works
Some courier apps link your account without any keys to copy. You click Connect to [courier], log in on the courier's website and approve the link. The courier then sends the connection back to Storeep for you. The apps with a Connect button are CMD Delivery, AtlasSwift, Boxleo Courier, CodSmart and MDM Express. MDM Express can link several stores and has its own steps, see its article.
Connect
- Open Apps, search for the courier, and click Install.
- Open the app. You see Sync Orders to [courier] and a Connect to [courier] button.
- Click the button. The courier's website opens in a new tab. Log in (or create an account) and approve the link to Storeep.
- Open the app in Storeep again. It now shows its settings.
- Turn on Activate, pick your Markets, and click Save.
- Click Send test order to check the link.
- Put the courier's product ID or SKU in each product's SKU field.
Disconnect
Open the app and click Disconnect [courier]. Orders stop going to that courier. You can connect again at any time.
Common problems
- The app still shows the Connect button after you approved: the approval did not finish. Close the app, open it again, and click Connect once more.
- Orders stop arriving after a while: click Disconnect, then connect again. This refreshes the link.
- The courier says a product is unknown: the Storeep SKU does not match the product ID in the courier's account.
